He has a background in Agile Methodologies, Design Thinking and New Business Models and Venture Capital from various international institutions. He has experience in managing complex projects, developing new business, products and technologies. He has an extensive experience in the automotive industry, working in manufacturers and systemists.
Technician in Geomatics from UNICAMP (University of Campinas) and Agronomist by ESALQ/USP (Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture/University of São Paulo), with double degree in France from ISA Lille. She has specialization and academic-professional experiences in innovation, technology and sustainability projects for agribusiness. She is an ambassador for Thought for Food Campinas.
Forest Engineer from the Federal University of Viçosa, with specialization in Management Principles from Columbia University (USA). He has technical expertise in Forest Genetic Improvement and Wood Technology, and an extensive executive experience in multinational forest based companies. He also worked in the areas of innovation, technology and sustainability and led M&A projects.
Forest Engineer from ESALQ/USP (Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture/University of São Paulo), with specialization in Strategic Business Management from UNICAMP (University of Campinas) and MBA in Finance and Valuation from FGV (Getúlio Vargas Foundation). He has an extensive experience in the forestry sector, where he has held technical, managerial and directing roles in Brownfield, Greenfield, M&A forestry projects, as well as product development in the forest chain and biotechnology.
Forest Engineer from UNESP (São Paulo State University), he has experience in business management, planning and innovation for the agribusiness sector. He works with numerous companies leading new forms of management, focusing on results and on the maturation of production processes.
